ALLIED EQUIPMENTS:

  1. HEAT TREATMENT FURNACES:
    Heat treatment / annealing is required at the intermediate and finishing stages of foils rolling process to achieve the required micro and macro level physical properties. They can treat the metal and its alloys up to their homogenising temperatures. With indigenously developed technology Sambhav can offer such furnaces up to the capacity of 40 metric tonnes per batch with optional nitrogen blanketing facilities.

  3. FOIL SEPARATORS / FOIL SLITTERS:
    During rolling for thin gauge size two layers of foils roll simultaneously. Besides increasing the productivity it also helps in achieving the surface finish properties. These layers are to be separated using a foil separator. To accommodate requirements for width of separated foils with the choices made by customers they have to undergo a slitting operation. With over twenty eight years of experience Sambhav can provide such separators and slitters to handle your requirements for separating along with customized width slitting the foils up to 6 micron thickness and width up to 1800 mm.

  5. MELTING / HOLDING FURNACES:
    Melting furnaces are used to melt primary / secondary aluminium before it can be cast in to a strip. Holding furnaces maintain the temperature and facilitate the alloying and fluxing processes. Sambhav has derived its expertise from its vast know how towards cost and energy saving aspects of melting and holding processes. Specialised equipment such as Tilt and Rotary Furnaces and Reverberatory Furnaces offered by Sambhav with inculcation of cost and energy saving facets along with optimized yield of melt are fortes which give utmost economic advantages to its customers.

  7. ROLL GRINDERS:
    Roll grinders play a vital role in rolling process. All-important parameters such as flatness, thickness, profile and surface quality depend on the grinding quality of rolls. Sambhav can help the customers in selection of roll grinder. Alternatively Sambhav also has decades of experience in refurbishment of old grinders.

  11. ROLLING OIL FILTRATION AND RECOVERY SYSTEM:
    Rolling oil serves various important purposes such as heat transfer rate and metal formability increment along with reduction of disadvantages accrue due to uncontrolled and unwanted friction. To have maximum advantage of rolling oil it should be filtered, regulated and metered. Sambhav can offer fully controlled and automated skid mounted rolling oil filtration, regulation and metering units with PLC and SCADA panels.
